Return & Refund Policy

Because we sell beef through the Farmer Exempt Process in Washington State, and your purchase is a share of a live animal, all sales are final once your deposit is received.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your specific share of a live animal. Your deposit helps cover the upfront cost of feed and care for the animal you are investing in.

Farmer Fee

The Farmer Fee is based on the final take-home weight of your share, which is determined after harvest and processing. Once the final weight is provided and the invoice is issued, we require payment by the due date. We do not offer refunds for the Farmer Fee unless we are unable to fulfill your order for reasons on our end (e.g., unforeseen issues with the animal or processing).

Meat Shop Fee

The Meat Shop Fee is paid directly to the butcher. Any concerns regarding meat quality, packaging, or cut preferences should be addressed with the butcher at the time of pick-up. We are happy to help coordinate or follow up with them on your behalf if needed.

If Something Goes Wrong

We take great care in raising healthy animals and partnering with a professional butcher to ensure a high-quality product. If you ever have questions or concerns about your order, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to make things right or explain the process.
