Deposits & Payment
To reserve your share, a deposit is required:
- Whole Hog: 10% based on 200 lbs. estimated hanging weight
- Half Hog: 10% based on 100 lbs. estimated hanging weight
Your deposit secures your share of the animal.
The remaining balance is due on or before harvest.

Estimated Take-Home Weights
Actual weights vary based on the animal, but typical take-home amounts are:
- Whole hog: ~180–240 lbs
- Half hog: ~90–120 lbs
Split orders receive a balanced mix of cuts from the whole animal.

Harvest & Pickup Timeline
- Harvest date: September 2026 (exact date announced closer to harvest)
- The butcher will contact you approximately 7–14 days after harvest
- Pork is typically ready for pickup 10–21 days after harvest

About Our Pork
This year we are raising Berkshire / Hereford cross pigs in a low-stress environment with plenty of room to roam and root naturally.
- Raised with access to shelter, mud wallows, and fresh water
- Fed mixed grains from:
- Supplemented with fresh vegetables and seasonal treats
- No added steroids or antibiotics
- Dewormed routinely as part of herd health management
